Description
Delicious air fryer steaks cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 steaks (1″ thick pieces)
- 2 tsp steak dry rub (or seasonings of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat one or both sides of your Foodi dual zone to air fry at 400 degrees F. Allow to heat up for 5 minutes.
- Season steaks as you’d like on both sides of the meat.
- Lay inside baskets, one per side. Close drawers and cook for a total of 12 minutes.
- Flip each steak after 6 minutes, if desired.
- Remove steaks, cover to keep warm, and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
- Top with a pat of seasoned butter and enjoy.
- If desired, place 1 steak on 1 side and potatoes on the other, preheat to 400 still on both sides.
- Cube potatoes and wrap in paper towels to remove excess water.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings to coat.
- Cook potatoes for about 10-12 minutes, tossing 3 times throughout cooking until fork tender.
