Delicious and moist keto brownies made with avocados and cocoa powder.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 6 Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup keto-friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, peanut butter, and eggs to the mashed avocados and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top (if using).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftover brownies in an airtight container.
- These brownies can be frozen for longer storage.
