Description

Delicious and moist keto brownies made with avocados and cocoa powder.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 6 Tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2/3 cup keto-friendly granulated sugar (such as Swerve)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter, peanut butter, and eggs to the mashed avocados and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: baking soda, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top (if using).
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
