- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and let the biscuit dough rest on the counter.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Fold the biscuit pieces into the mixture gently.
- Pour melted butter into a baking dish.
- Add the biscuit mixture on top of the butter.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
- Bake until golden and fragrant.
