Description

A delicious taco pizza topped with seasoned beef, cheese, and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade dough)
  • 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup sliced olives (optional)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup salsa
  • Fresh cilantro for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and a small amount of water. Simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Roll out the pre-made pizza crust according to the package instructions and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Evenly distribute the seasoned beef mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the taco meat layer.
  7. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Once out of the oven, top the pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and olives.
  9. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the top for an extra burst of flavor.
  10. Finish with fresh cilantro if desired, and slice into squares or wedges.
