- 2 cups Almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 cups Fresh or frozen Strawberries (if using fresh, add 1 cup ice cubes)
- 1 Ripe Banana (sliced and frozen)
- 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or cottage cheese)
- to taste Fresh slices of strawberries (for topping)
- to taste Coconut whipped cream (for topping)
- to taste Chia seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add the 2 cups Almond milk, 2 cups Fresh or frozen Strawberries, 1 Ripe Banana, 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder, and 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour equal servings into cups, top with your favorite toppings like fresh slices of strawberries, and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
