Deliciously toasted baguette slices topped with a creamy garlic sauce and garnished with parsley.

- 1 (6 ounce) baguette
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- to taste dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Slice 1 (6 ounce) baguette into ½-inch slices and place each slice onto a large, parchment paper lined baking sheet. Set aside.
- To a bowl, add 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and 5 garlic cloves, minced. Mix until combined.
- Smear the creamy garlic sauce onto each slice of the baguette (doing your best to get it right to the edges).
- Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes or until the bread is slightly toasted and the cheese is golden brown.
- Top with dried parsley then enjoy!
Notes
- This recipe yields approximately 21 slices.
- Feel free to substitute romano cheese for parmesan if desired.
