- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 medium oranges (peeled and segmented) or 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and oranges (if using whole oranges) and remove any seeds.
- Add bananas, oranges or orange juice, yogurt, milk, ice cubes, and optional sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with more milk or ice as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- This smoothie can be customized by adding more fruits or vegetables.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
