- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, slice the beef kielbasa sausage and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika.
- Add the mustard mixture to the skillet and stir to coat the sausage evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
