Description

This dish features delicious beef kielbasa sausage glazed with a sweet honey mustard sauce and smoked paprika, garnished with fresh parsley.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, slice the beef kielbasa sausage and cook until browned.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yellow mustard, honey, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add the mustard mixture to the skillet and stir to coat the sausage evenly.
  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
