Description

These spicy Korean chicken wings are coated in a delicious gochujang sauce and baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Korean gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix gochujang, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  4. Coat the seasoned wings in the sauce until evenly covered.
  5. Spread the wings on the baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, broil on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
  • Adjust the level of gochujang to taste for desired spiciness.
