These spicy Korean chicken wings are coated in a delicious gochujang sauce and baked to perfection.

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup Korean gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix gochujang, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth.
- Coat the seasoned wings in the sauce until evenly covered.
- Spread the wings on the baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Serve hot, drizzled with any remaining sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil on high for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Adjust the level of gochujang to taste for desired spiciness.
