Instructions

- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Fold in cranberries and orange zest evenly into the batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
