Delicious, chewy Rice Krispies treats with a hint of spice and optional white chocolate drizzle.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 oz (about 40) marshmallows
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: white chocolate or icing for drizzling
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Use a buttered spatula or parchment paper to press evenly.
- Let cool for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate or decorate with icing for a festive touch.
