- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Return the chicken to the pan, toss everything together to combine.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
