Delicious garlic butter breadsticks made with refrigerated pizza dough.
Ingredients

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (about 1 lb / 450 g)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on the baking sheet into a rectangular shape.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush garlic butter evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and slice into breadsticks while warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
