Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Add milk and heavy cream to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
