- 1 box (15 oz) yellow cake mix

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely diced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 0 teaspoon salt
- 0 cup caramel sauce
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, egg, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until a thick dough forms. Press evenly into the pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and melted butter.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar, then stir in diced apples, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust layer and smooth out evenly.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes. The edges should be set, and the center slightly jiggly. Do not overbake.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Remove the ring and drizzle caramel sauce on top. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
