  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (Tamari can be used as a gluten-free option)
  • 1 tsp Honey or sugar (Agave syrup makes a great vegan alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This step is crucial for achieving that irresistible crispiness on the outside of your salmon.
  2. Mix the marinade in a bowl by combining gochujang, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey or sugar. Stir well until everything is fully blended.
  3. Coat your salmon fillet generously with the marinade, ensuring every inch is covered.
  4. Place the marinated salmon in the air fryer basket, ensuring it’s spaced out for even cooking. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, until golden and flaky.
